Software · SaaS MVP
A working slice of the product, not a 40-slide vision deck.
Most first-time SaaS founders lose 6–12 months building the wrong thing beautifully. We build the smallest useful slice of your product, put it in front of real users, and let the paying behaviour of those users decide what gets built next.
Discuss a SaaS MVP requirementWho this is for
- Domain-expert founders (operators, doctors, chartered accountants, ex-corporate leaders) building their first product
- Bootstrapped founders who need to protect runway and land paying users before raising
- Existing service businesses productising a repeatable offering into SaaS
What we ship in the MVP
- One core workflow, end-to-end, that a user will actually pay for
- Authentication, basic role model and multi-tenant data separation
- Payments plumbing (Razorpay / Stripe) where the product needs it from day one
- Admin surface so the founder can see usage without pinging a developer
- Landing page, pricing page and onboarding email set, because a live product without a live funnel is not a live product
What we deliberately leave out
- SSO, SOC2, granular RBAC, custom reporting, added only after real users push for them
- Native mobile apps in v1; PWAs are usually enough to validate demand
- AI features that do not directly earn a click, a save or a payment
How we work
Every MVP starts with a Product Blueprint: written scope, user stories, wireframes, data model, phased plan and indicative cost. The MVP itself is built in milestones with client acceptance at each stage. Source-code, hosted infrastructure and every user credential remain with the founder from day one, see the ownership terms in /delivery-security-ownership.
Frequently asked questions
- How long does an MVP typically take?
- Most focused MVPs are 6–10 weeks of build after the Product Blueprint is signed off. Timelines that promise a full SaaS in 3 weeks or 12 months are almost always mis-scoped; we would rather narrow the scope than compress the calendar.
- What does an MVP cost?
- Pricing is scoped to the customer's actual requirement after the Product Blueprint, so we can quote the smallest useful build rather than a list price. The Blueprint itself is a paid, fixed-scope engagement.
- Do we own the code and data?
- Yes. Repositories, hosting accounts, database, domains and email accounts are provisioned in the client's name and handed over on delivery. Full terms live at /delivery-security-ownership.
- Do you help post-launch?
- Post-launch support is a separate, scoped engagement, usage-driven fixes, small feature releases and go-to-market help. It is not a mandatory retainer.
