Introductory conversations
The first introductory call is free and helps us understand whether there is a suitable fit. An in-depth review, roadmap or implementation is paid work only when agreed in a separate written scope. We may decline an enquiry if it is not a fit. The introduction does not create a contract.
Ownership & IP
Repositories, hosting accounts, and full source code ownership are provisioned in the client's name and transferred upon final payment.
Engagements
Paid consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (proposal or statement of work) signed by both parties.
Prices and results
Published price ranges are indicative and exclude GST. The written proposal confirms fees, tax, deliverables, payment milestones, reporting, minimum term and cancellation arrangements. Rankings, search traffic, AI citations, enquiries and sales are not guaranteed. Past case results describe specific engagements and are not forecasts for another business.

Limitation of liability
SEO Rise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on general information or introductory conversations. Liability under paid engagements is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
