Why we built NiyamHR ourselves
The clearest way to prove a software delivery model is to run it on your own product, with your own money and your own reputation on the line. NiyamHR started as the answer to a question SME founders kept asking us: a simple, honest HR, attendance and payroll workflow, without enterprise licence fees, consultant time or a six-month change programme.

The delivery approach
Everything we recommend to client software engagements was applied to our own build first: written Product Blueprint (scope, wireframes, data model, phased plan), milestone-based delivery with acceptance at each stage, QA against functionality, permissions, calculations and mobile usability, and written source-code, data and hosting ownership from day one.

- Is NiyamHR a client project or an SEO Rise product?
- NiyamHR is SEO Rise's own product. It was designed and built end-to-end by the team to validate our software delivery model on our own risk before recommending it to clients.
- Can I see a live version of NiyamHR?
- Yes. A live product demo is available at /demos/hrms and the full product page lives at /hrms-software.
- Will SEO Rise build a similar HR product for my business?
- In most cases NiyamHR itself is a better answer than a custom rebuild. Where the workflow genuinely does not fit, we scope a custom build via a paid Product Blueprint, pricing is scoped to the customer's actual requirement, not a fixed list price.
- Who owns the code and data on NiyamHR-style client builds?
- For every client software engagement, source-code, data and hosting ownership are defined in the agreement before development starts. This is stated in the Delivery, security & ownership page and is not negotiable at the end of the project.
